Technical Team Lead (MNC Company, perm role)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to join our client (MNC Company, IT team in Hong Kong around 20 members). As a Full Stack Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of intricate web applications using the latest technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications using Node.js, React, Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software requirements and specifications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring high coding standards and best practices are followed
• Oversee the entire software development life cycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance
• Perform code reviews, identify areas of improvement, and propose elegant solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Node.js and Full Stack development space

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript frameworks, such as Express.js and React.js
• Extensive knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and MongoDB
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary
