IT Infra Specialist

Role: IT Infrastructure Specialist (Perm role)

Location: CBD



Responsible for designing, migrating, upgrading, configuring, and maintaining IT Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security.

Manage Level 2 support escalation and upgrade IT infrastructure.



Major Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain documentation for vessel IT.
• Develop system configurations, lead migrations/upgrades, and ensure technical consistency.
• Troubleshoot and implement solutions for multi-tiered application architectures.
• Provide maintenance, incident response, and patching support.
• Ensure cybersecurity, backup solutions, and hardware purchase control.
• Meet monthly KPIs for vessel ticketing and ongoing projects.

Requirements, Knowledge, Skills:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of IT system deployment experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft OS and applications, network infrastructure, and Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud systems, and communication technology.
• Proactive, customer-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in diverse environments.
