Inforsec Project Senior - Vendor Security Assessment

Job Position: Third Party Risk (InfoSec) Project Senior
Weekly working hours: 24 Hrs/week
Start Date: May 2024
End Date: November 2024
Location: Barcelona (100% remote)


Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and Coordinate the Improvement Roadmap (identified improvement opportunities resulting from internal audits) for the Vendor Security Assessment service.
• Identifying potential improvements and adding these to the Improvement Roadmap.
• Design and Implement improvements in the Process, Documentation and Tooling related to the Vendor Security Assessment Service.
• Design and Implement improvements in the Process, Documentation and Tooling related to the Third Party Contracting process (e.g. Minimum Security Requirements Contract clause).
• Maintain, Evaluate and Improve the vendor security assessment policy, procedures and other documentation.
• Monitor Progress and Distribute periodic status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Align and follow up with Stakeholders (e.g. Procurement, Legal etc.) on planned actions.
