Backend Developer

Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of developers to build and maintain two applications: Sharing and Suite (written in ReactJS and .NET Core).
• Deploy code to production environments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss and refine work, and identify opportunities for improving existing algorithms.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to discuss strategic direction and plan future work.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of one of the applications, upholding the development process and supporting team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development using C# (preferably .NET Core) or similar languages.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating across multiple business units.
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, stay organized, and manage expectations.
• Professional-level English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.

Bonus Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Affinity with data, data-driven tools, and algorithms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
