Network Operation Engineer (Data Centre)

Our client is best known as one of the Hong Kong's premier fixed telecommunications network operators, which focuses on businesses, including ICT services, network connectivity and data centre.



Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily systems monitoring, health check and incidents handling
• Responsible for the management & technical support of servers/routers/switches/network in Data Center environment
• Support in configuration changes of the network and debug of Data Center network, troubleshooting, system installation and configuration, equipment operation in Data Center
• Assist to manage facilities operations, planning, maintenance, documentation and DC Operations
• Assist in perform changes to system services and configuration
• AD-hoc duties to be assigned by the superior

Job Requirements

• Experienced in NOC support & operation in Data Centre
• Fresh graduate/ candidate with less experience can be considered too
• Good working attitude, responsible, hardworking
• Shift Work is required, 5 days per week
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered
• Immediately available is highly preferred
