Senior Consultant / Tech Lead

On behalf of a prestigious organisation in the heart of Oslo, I'm looking to speak with tech enthusiasts who are passionate about delivering bespoke solutions to customers.

They have seen steady growth since their establishment in the 90s, and last year saw an impressive revenue increase in 2023, which is testament to their strategic foresight. They are now looking to organically grow the competence with developers eager to lead exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions
• Develop and maintain web applications with a strong emphasis on user experience
• Stay abreast of industry trends and contribute to the adoption of new technologies
• Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications

Ideally You Have:

• Either a Master's (MSc) or Bachelor's (BSc) degree
• At least 8+ years of relevant post-education work experience
• Fluency in Norwegian as this is essential for effective communication and collaboration
• Be able to obtain a Security Clearence in Norway
• Key technical skills should include at least one of the following:
  • Programming Languages: Java, Kotlin, C#, .Net
  • Frontend Frameworks: React, Next.js, Redux, Svelte, Vue, Node.js
  • APIs: REST, GraphQL
  • Databases: SQL, NoSQL
  • Technologies: Progressive Web Apps, WAI-ARIA, Kafka, Kafka Streams, AI/ML, IoT
