UX/UI Manager (MNC Company)

We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Manager to join our client (Public Listed MNC Company), mainly for app of smart devices. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and user-friendly design of our mobile applications. You will work closely with their development team to create innovative and intuitive user interfaces, Work closely with business stakeholders, product planners and business analysts to translate user stories/business requirements into digital experiences while also ensuring a seamless user experience. Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI design process for our mobile applications, from initial concept to final product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand user needs
• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and identify pain points
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to visually communicate design ideas
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all applications
• Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies in the mobile app development industry
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers on best practices and design principles

• Experience in UX/UI design for mobile applications, experience in consumer electronics or home appliances is a good plus
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Expertise in conducting user research and usability testing
• Experience with agile development processes and working in an agile development environment
• Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetically pleasing design
• Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
