Dynamics CRM Consultant

Location: Poland/ Fully Remote

Job Type: B2B or UoP

My client is looking for skilled and motivated Dynamics CRM Consultant with experience with Sales 365. The client is a Microsoft Partner offering Power Platform and Dynamics CRM solutions dedicated and tailored to customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • You will be working with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives
  • You will be conducting workshops and meetings to gather detailed requirements
  • You will analyze and document business processes and workflows
  • You will train end-users and administrators on how to use Dynamics 365 effectively
  • You will perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience working with Dynamics CRM
  • Great experience with Sales 365
  • Strong background in gathering and analyzing business requirements
  • Involvement in end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and post-implementation support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
