Description



We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join my client (With 80-90 members IT team). As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and UI/UX team. Ensuring the successful implementation of various projects related to app and web project. Your excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in identifying business needs and translating them into technical requirements. If you are passionate about utilizing technology to drive business growth and have a strong understanding of IT systems, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives
  • Analyze business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Develop detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate proposed solutions
  • Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams, ensuring a smooth flow of information
  • Assist in the testing and implementation of software applications, ensuring they meet the defined requirements
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, addressing any issues and answering questions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the IT industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Working knowledge of software development methodologies and project management principles
  • Familiarity with IT systems, including cloud-based solutions and enterprise software
