Missions et responsabilités :

• Constituer et animer une équipe de chefs d'équipe performants.

• Contribuer à la mise en place de la stratégie commerciale et au développement de partenariats.
• Participer aux actions commerciales en direct et à la négociation des contrats.

• Assurer la direction du projet et garantir sa réussite sur le plan de la livraison, des coûts et de la qualité.
• Prendre les décisions nécessaires pour le bon déroulement du projet.
• Représenter le projet auprès des différentes parties prenantes.

• Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie pour garantir la rentabilité de son périmètre d'activités.
• Analyser les résultats et identifier les axes d'amélioration.

• Lead the strategy, planning and execution of ERP system implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather functional & technical requirements, documentation, and scoping of ERP solutions.
• Project Manage ERP implementation, communicate issues, risks, and changes.
• Collaborate with ERP vendors for consulting, implementation, customisation, changes, product roadmaps and updates.
• Co-ordinate product training, handholding users, and ensuring sustainable adoption.
• Provide insights by developing and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards within the ERP system.
• Plan, design and implement Business Analytics & Business Intelligence projects.
• Lead design and architecture of the organisation's cloud data lake solution that meets organisation needs.
• Overseeing data lake integration through diverse data sources to consolidate financial reporting.
• Implement and manage data pipelines from different business units to ensure the timely and accurate flow of data to the data lake.
• Emphasis on automation of processes and reporting mechanisms.
• Prepare and maintain process/technical documentation for better resolutions & support.
• Identify and demonstrate major innovation opportunities; deliver via proof-of-concepts and pilots to prove viability and improve business operations.

• At least 3 full life-cycle implementation experience of any ERP systems
• Strong understanding of finance implementation workflow and manufacturing processes including MES and BoM is essential.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to ERP functionality.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to engage and obtain buy-in from C-suites
• Proven track record in vendor management
• Some experience in data lake and BI technologies
• Must be brand neutral

• Well known organisation within the Drupal community
• Flexibility to work 100% remotely (within Australia or New Zealand)

• Strong experience working with Drupal within a professional setting. Drupal 10 experience highly regarded, open to Frontend, Backend or Full Stack.
• Ideal to have experience on migration projects from older versions of Drupal.
• Bonus points if you have experience in architecting Drupal sites.
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC, project management principle.

• 2+ years' experience with C
• Experience with Git
• Great experience with databases (SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
