    My client, a well-established organisation, is partnered with both Databricks and Microsoft and deliver data solutions for a diverse range of clients. Being a consultancy they have 3 client sites across the UK: Manchester, Edinburgh and London.

    They operate with a hybrid working model, where employees are expected to go to their client site when required on a basis of once per week.

    They are looking for a Data Architect who has experience in Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure, SQL and Python to join their expanding data team.

    Our client has been growing massively, meaning this is a great opportunity to develop professionally and work with top level data professional.

    You will be working directly with clients and work on a variety of different projects in an array of industries.



    Requirements:

    -Experience working in a consultancy

    A growing Microsoft Partner Consultancy are looking for a passionate Copilot Studio Consultant join their impressive team. The role is home-based, with some element of travel to client sites when required, and to company conferences and events. For this reason, they're able to consider candidates across the UK.

    This role sits within their specialist AI Practice - focused on providing cutting-edge solutions for their clients using the latest AI technologies in an agile way.

    This is a truly end-to-end role, where you'll engage directly with clients to uncover AI use-cases, create and deliver compelling Copilot Studio proposals, design and deploy these solutions, and provide end-user training and support. It requires previous experience implementing Copilot Studio solutions e.g. Custom AI Agents.

    This role would be well-suited to a Copilot Studio enthusiast, who is truly excited about the value it can bring - and enjoys getting others excited about this too! You'll be encouraged to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Microsoft's AI technology, and incorporate this into client interactions wherever possible.

    Requirements:

    Description:

    I'm seeking a talented Business Analyst, for an exciting long term contract for a prestige Insurance company. The position is outside IR35 and Hybrid (2 days a week in office)

    You MUST have a strong background in the insurance industry, particularly within commercial lines. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the policy lifecycle, business processes, and the core functionalities of Policy Administration Systems (PAS). This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our systems and processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.

    Responsibilities:
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on the commercial insurance policy lifecycle, including quoting, binding, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
    • Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation within our Policy Administration System.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements for system enhancements and new projects.
    • Translate business needs into clear, concise functional and technical specifications for our development teams.


    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the commercial insurance sector is required.
    • Extensive knowledge of the end-to-end commercial insurance policy lifecycle.
    • Hands-on experience with Policy Administration Systems is a must.
    • Strong understanding of insurance business processes and workflows.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in writing clear and comprehensive business and functional requirements.
    • Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
    • Strong SQL knowledge for data analysis and querying is highly beneficial.
    • A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
