Responsibilities:

OT Security Strategy:

• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies for operational technology environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into OT systems.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

• Conduct risk assessments of industrial control systems to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats.
• Implement proactive measures to mitigate identified risks and enhance the overall resilience of OT systems.

Incident Response:

• Lead and participate in incident response activities related to OT cybersecurity incidents.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans specific to OT environments.

Security Standards and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with industry-specific cybersecurity standards and regulations.
• Stay abreast of emerging threats and industry best practices to continually enhance security measures.

Security Awareness and Training:

• Provide training and awareness programs to educate OT staff on cybersecurity best practices.
• Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness within the organization.

Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

• In-depth knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, and PLCs.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks specific to OT environments.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, or ISA/IEC 62443 certifications are highly desirable.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to assess and respond to complex OT cybersecurity challenges.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security incidents in a timely manner.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ Years as a frontend developer, ideally with React
