Your role will include:

Building and maintaining scalable data workflows that connect various internal platforms, including customer management, HR, and financial systems.
Automate data ingestion and transformation processes using contemporary cloud-based technologies.
Apply rigorous data quality checks and cleansing procedures to maintain integrity across datasets.
Data Structuring & Enrichment

Work closely with architecture teams to define unified data representations across business areas.
Develop comprehensive datasets tailored for reporting and advanced analytics.
Harmonise performance indicators to enable consistent insights across departments.
Infrastructure & Workflow Automation

Ensure data workflows are modular, version-controlled, and integrated with automated deployment pipelines.
Enhance efficiency of data processing across both scheduled and real-time operations.
Implement systems for tracking data lineage, tagging, and operational logging.
Advanced Analytics & AI Readiness

Prepare structured datasets to support predictive modeling and other intelligent applications.
Empower business users with reliable, self-service data assets.
Partner with analytics teams to transition prototypes into scalable solutions.
Data Governance & Security

Safeguard sensitive information in line with regulatory standards.
Enforce robust access management, encryption, and data lifecycle policies within data operations.

For this role, they are looking for a candidate that has experience in…

Extensive experience in implementing solutions around Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL, Python
Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and data modelling,
An understanding of SQL, T-SQL, ETL/ELT, and Data Pipelines.
Previous exposure in a Data Engineering capacity is highly sought after.
Strong hands-on experience in Data Warehouse and Data Lake technologies preferably around Azure.

A leading UK organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in database design, data modelling, and systems impact assessment. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategic data architecture and operational analytics support, influencing enterprise-wide data strategy while working hands-on with technical teams.

In this role, the Senior Business Analyst will spend approximately 80% of their time leading critical data model refinement and impact assessment projects, ensuring that proposed structural changes to complex systems are delivered with minimal disruption. The remaining 20% will involve supporting the Data & Analytics function in delivering system enhancements, reporting capabilities, and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed impact assessments of proposed data model changes across multiple interconnected systems.
• Map dependencies between proprietary and commercial platforms, including ServiceNow.
