Job description



Our client seeking a skilled Pre-sales Consultant to join the team. You will work closely with the sales team throughout the entire selling cycle. To be successful in this role, we're looking for a strong background in presales.



Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understand the needs and goals of clients to recommend appropriate solutions or services.
  • Prepare sales proposal / technical proposal / tender response and present the proposed solutions to client thru product demonstrations
  • Conduct PoC, and design end-to-end solutions across for client
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive business and engage in the whole selling cycle
  • Collaborate with internal departments to design the solution and ensure smooth implementation
  • Work with the internal team to deliver customized solutions or services for customers




Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or a related role
  • Experience in SI or IT solution provider preferred.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, or infrastructure
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop strategic concepts to technical and non-technical
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English

Job description



Tenth Revolution Group are working with a Microsoft Partner who, after a successful 2025, are looking to continue that success in 2026 and have identified adding an experienced business development representative / account executive to the team in Dallas as a key factor in doing so.



This position will be focused on net new business, originating and closing consulting engagements in the Data & AI space, specifically Microsoft orientated Data opportunities, and expanding those wins into multi phase programs.



The right hire for this role will come with prior experience in the Microsoft space; whether from time in roles at Microsoft, Microsoft Partners, or other relevant experience that involved utilizing co-sell opportunities through Microsoft / Microsoft Partner Center / Microsoft Referrals. Candidates should have a technical understanding of the Microsoft Azure offerings, specifically relating to Data & AI, and it will be advantageous if they can demonstrate prior influence on spend in areas such as Azure Consumption.



Applicants will be expected to be able to demonstrate prior consulting focused sales success and wins from their career to date during the interview process. As well as an ability to scope and price with delivery and write SOWs, with milestones acceptance criteria and change control.



Experience relating to commercial models is highly advantageous for applicants, but is not essential:
