• Serve as the primary point of contact for all cybersecurity-related issues within the organization.
• Monitor and analyze security events using Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, and other security tools to detect and respond to threats.
• Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and lead remediation efforts to minimize impact.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures aligned with best practices and compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, particularly within the Microsoft Azure environment.
• Collaborate with IT, cloud architects, and DevOps teams to ensure secure design and configuration of systems and applications.
• Implement and manage cloud security controls, focusing on Microsoft Azure security features and native tools.
• Stay current with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies related to cloud security and Microsoft platforms.
• Provide cybersecurity awareness training and guidance to employees to promote a security-conscious culture.
• Prepare detailed reports on security posture, incident response, and risk assessments for senior management.
• Participate in audits and compliance reviews, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, preferably with cloud security focus.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure security services and tools, including Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender.
• Solid understanding of network security, threat detection, incident response, and cloud security best practices.
• Experience in creating and managing security policies and procedures.
• Proficient in security monitoring, log analysis, and incident handling.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of cybersecurity initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, able to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus.

• Lead and mentor a small team of network engineers in project delivery
• Provide technical guidance and best practices during implementation
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and technical deliverables
• Collaborate with external partners for training and team development
• Monitor and report on project health and technical milestones
• Review and tailor project plans and documentation
• Support solution design and provide input on scope and sizing for proposals
• Ensure timely delivery of all relevant technical documentation

• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise network and security implementations
• Routing & Switching, SDWAN, Data Center Networking (Spine & Leaf, VXLAN,) WiFi Deployment)
• Familiarity with technologies such as firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, NAC, MFA and etc.
• In-depth understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.) and enterprise network design (e.g. SDN, VXLAN and etc)
• Experience with Cisco / Huawei / Aruba / Juniper

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven track record in leading technical teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with systems integration and IT project lifecycle
• 5+ years of experience in a networking or system integrator environment preferred

• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on Cloud and AI strategies tailored to their business needs.
• Partner with direct and channel sales teams to deliver strong technical proposals and influence deal success.
• Conduct technical workshops, demos, PoCs, and architecture discussions to highlight solution value.
• Create high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation to support new business.
• Stay updated on Public & Private Cloud, Cloud Security, AI/ML, Backup/DR, and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Cloud or AI certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, AI/ML) are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in presales, solution consulting, or technical business development within Cloud or AI domains.
• Proven success in solution selling, consultative engagements, and working with enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of Cloud architecture, security frameworks, AI/ML platforms, and DevOps concepts.
• Experience in cloud migration, containerization, and AI-driven solutions is preferable.
• Proficient in English and Cantonese to work effectively with local and regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy to customers on cybersecurity solutions, architecture, and protection measures
• Act as the key technical liaison between customers, the professional services team, and support teams
• Collaborate with the sales team to formulate and execute strategies that drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
• Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver suitable and effective solutions to customers
• Evaluate potential products and vendors to support business development and address customer needs
• Research and explore new security tools, technologies, and market trends to ensure solutions remain competitive and relevant
• Build strong technical relationships with stakeholders within customer organizations
• Prepare solution proposals and execute proof-of-concept (POC) implementations
• Deliver pre-sales presentations and provide solution architecture support for enterprise customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the cybersecurity field
• Proven experience leading projects and coordinating resources to deliver solutions
• Professional IT certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CEH, vendor-specific certifications) are preferred
• Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, strong team spirit, and results-oriented
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
